  Wally Keeler, aka Poetician1, of the Peoples Republic of Poetry,
scripted his way from the Poetariet in the early 1970's to become the		  
Exhibitions   leading unit of verse of the unitverse of the Poetburo. Having been
director of both the Federal Bureau of Inspiration and the Creative		  
  Intelligence Agency, he served as Minister With Poetfolio, going on to
serve as the main dipoemat of the Ministry of Extraordinary Affairs and		  
  Secretary of State of Mind well into the early 1980's.
  
  Wally Keeler has two books published, and appeared in numerous
literary/art journals during the 70's and early 80's. After many years		  
  he has returned as a defector from Despair to once again advance the
policy of poetry proliferation: Poetry is Poetency!
