Propeller and Intern activities and practice

A little about ourselves (for more information, check out downloads):

Propeller Centre for Visual Arts is an artists run gallery started by a group of Ontario College of Art students in the spring of 1996 as a way for graduating students to show their work. In the 10 intervening years the gallery has continued to flourish; it is now located in the heart of the Queen West gallery district, attracting more than 10,000 visitors a year to its shows. Propeller is a membership organization run by a board of volunteer directors.

Propeller runs other artistic programs, such as Slide Review Nights, Pot-luck meetings, artists talks, Propeller run shows including annual curated exhibition, exchange shows and more

Propeller acts as a resource centre for individuals and groups seeking information about exhibting, publicity and other related subjects

Propeller acts as a networking centre for and with other art centres

Propeller's central location makes it a busy intersection for art dialogue.
